Mid-morning, cruise forest trails spying capybara, wild boar, monkeys and massive caiman as your naturalist guide explains the rainforest’s complex web of life. After a delicious picnic lunch amid this thriving jungle, return to our charming lodge to rest up.

Late afternoon, embark towards scenic Lake Yacumama to take in breathtaking rainforest vistas and a dazzling sunset. Glide across mirrored waters by canoe, trying your hand at catching wily piranhas. Come nightfall, venture out once more into the darkness on aguided nocturnal rainforest walk seeking out exotic creatures seldom seen by day: gliding bats, tiny poison frogs, wandering spiders, woolly opossums and more. Then reconvene for dinner before a well-earned rest.

After breakfast, stroll through towering stands of kapok giants dating back 700 years, bound for the Rainforest Canopy. Gear up with harnesses to traverse a network of hanging bridges suspended high in the jungle ceiling.
